Aratz Ruiz
Vitoria 1983
He studied Fine Arts at the UPV. He is recognized for the work he has done in the urban environment for more than 14 years, mainly on the streets of Vitoria. He is currently one of the leading urban artists of the Basque Country. He is part of the Fill In collective, one of the groups that develops muralism and graffiti in the educational and participative field, allowing to create links between the participants of these meetings-workshops and the mural itself.
His plastic studio work is related, above all, with the architecture and the fantastic elements that he combines in a very natural way, thus creating his own fantastic realism. This work is done with acrylics and oil, but highlights its great dexterity with the spray, which applies to large-format works.

WHAT IS TAKO?
A Tako is an object-art; a piece of wood measuring 20x20x4 cm with a graphic work printed on it; to give as a present, to collect, to stack, to hang, to prop…to make compositions or to enjoy alone.
Arri
San Sebastian 1991
Arri is an illustrator from San Sebastian with a degree in BB.AA and qualified in graphic design. In his drawings, anatomy works as a starting point for reflection. It is about putting the inside naked, generating another kind of look and being able to see through things. In short, it uses the body as a container and issuer of meanings. He defends that anatomy represents an instinctive curiosity where we all self-identify; and in this sense, he affirms that there is no escape from the body.

Dedicating oneself to the illustration was not a decision, it was something that simply arrived. As if it had to happen, without being able to avoid it. This happened in 1997 but in fact it started since I was a child. Little by little, without haste, goals or pretensions. And for now it continues, I do not know until when. I guess I’ll hesitate until I enjoy it or even …I’d rather not know. On the way I also worked in an advertising agency and it was nice while it lasted. Everything I learned there has been very useful when interpreting the texts. And also to know that it is better to say few things.

Xabier Anunzibai
Beasain 1985
He develops his work both inside and outside of his studio, whether by making paintings, murals, installations or small animations. His studio work is defined above all by compositions made with different materials, volumes, shadows and negative spaces, as well as short phrases and single words. In brief, his work is an attempt to join different ideas, materials and techniques.
